
Terms & Policies
Cancelation Policy:
Vitality360 Training has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours before a scheduled session or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. Vitality360 Training will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule sessions made at least 24 hours prior to the session.

Refund Policy:
Vitality360 Training does not offer a refund policy. If the client is unable to complete all of the sessions purchased, neither a refund nor credit in the amount of unused services are offered. In special circumstances Vitality360 Training may, at our discretion, transfer the amount of any unused sessions towards other sessions or services or may extend the expiration as detailed below.

Expiration Policy:
Training packages must be used within a month of date of purchase.

Medical Concerns:
Vitality360 Training is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, injuries or injuries that occur during training. We encourage each client to receive a medical check prior to beginning training.

Renewal Policy:
For each month, it is the client's responsibility to purchase their package so that it aligns with their schedule. This prevents having to reschedule regularly and high numbers of cancelations. Please review the policies above for clarification.
